This is a very comprehensive inspection and report service.
The inspection is visual and non-invasive. Moisture measuring equipment is used in the inspection. It covers all areas and aspects of the dwelling as well as the site.
The inspection takes around 3 hours at the address. The report is very detailed with full descriptions and photographic evidence of any identified issues.
A house is a substantial investment. You need full confidence in the report and assurance all relevant areas have been inspected.
“I do not recommend the use of non-accredited building surveyors/inspectors or the provision of less detailed reports. The risk is too great.”
